All India Council of Technical Research & Development, was founded in 1963 in Pune, and later established as a channel partner to the universities across North India with team 9 Technical persons who did their doctorate in engineering. Initially they were assisting students in their final projects. In 1975 they expanded in to management and paramedical research development. In the year 1986, then Congress Govt, introduced a New National Policy on Education, AICTRD was one of the main pillar in channelizing its mission in the south rural regions among the Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Communities. Now AICTRD is a non-profitable body dedicated to help the India and International students, Immigrants & refugees to achieve their educational and career goals.
